The Production Line Process
01. Sterilization
Using high-temperature steam to soften fruit bunches, stop enzymatic activity, and make fruit separation easier while maintaining oil quality.
02. Threshing
Mechanical separation of the sterilized palm fruit from the empty fruit bunches (EFB) using a high-efficiency rotating drum thresher.
03. Digestion & Pressing
The pulp is mashed in a digester before entering the screw press. PalmCresto technology ensures maximum oil yield with minimal residue.
04. Clarification & Filtering
Removal of impurities and water from the crude oil through sedimentation and plate-frame filtration to produce clean, pure oil.
